Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are shipped out using the best and most cost effective courier, including USPS, UPS, FedEx and Spee-Dee.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handmade bath and body products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

All damaged or defective products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items will be returned and inspected prior to any refund/exchange/store credit is given.

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report any issues and discuss return/exchange/store credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed defective by our team.

No returns will be accepted for opened or used products due to hygiene concerns.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, all sale item sales are final.
