HOW TO USE

Never Imagined I'd have to say this:

1. The Classic Method (using your teeth):

Position the seed: Place the sunflower seed in your mouth and use your tongue to maneuver it so that the long edge of the seed is positioned between your molars (back teeth).
Crack the shell: Gently bite down on the shell to crack it open. You should hear a slight cracking sound.
Separate the shell: Once the shell is cracked, use your tongue and teeth to further separate the shell from the kernel inside.
Remove the kernel: Use your tongue to extract the kernel from the cracked shell and enjoy!
Spit out the shell: Discard the empty shell.
